1. Appointment Cancellation Guidelines
- Free Cancellation Before Dispatch: You may cancel or reschedule your booked doorstep appointment at any time without fee by calling 096197 41580 prior to our technician departing for your residence.
- Doorstep Arrival Cancellation: If our technician has arrived at your address in Nalasopara West, East, Vasai, or Virar and the booking is cancelled due to customer unavailability or change of mind, a nominal doorstep inspection fee will apply to cover transport and technician time.
2. Quotation Rejection & Inspection Fee
Our technician performs an on-site physical inspection and provides a clear cost estimate. If you choose not to proceed with the repair after diagnosis is completed, you only pay the standard inspection charge. No hidden fees or unauthorized labor costs will be charged.
3. Spare Parts Replacement & Refund Policy
- All functional spare parts replaced by our service center are covered by a 30 to 90 days replacement warranty.
- If a replaced spare part proves defective within the warranty window, we will replace the part free of charge.
- If an identical replacement part is unavailable from our stock or the appliance proves unrepairable due to severe subsequent internal circuit damage, we will issue a 100% refund of the spare part cost.
4. Non-Refundable Items
- Doorstep diagnostic/inspection visit fees once the on-site physical examination has been completed.
- Parts damaged subsequent to repair due to external voltage spikes, water spillage, or unauthorized customer tampering.
5. Refund Processing Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed within 3 to 7 working days via the original payment method (UPI / Bank Transfer).
